So long as he has his fez, it'll all be okay.

ok a crapy version of a map is up - Each hex is a meter (and yes you take up more than one)

CHG - to parse out your action into phases, you can grab the bench as a zero phase action (casual strength) as you move by. you have two values for movement on your sheet, the first is a combat move, the second is noncombat move (Combat move means you're trying not to get hit, noncombat means you're really just booking it either not paying attention to whats going on around you or you simply have too much momentum to ninja dodge). You might be moving for more than one segment, but when its your phase again you should be able to 0 phase chuck the girl to the dude in the building (Or do a hand off or whatever)

just checked the distance - at a full move you can get to within 3m of the girl - if you want to get there this phase, then you'll have to push your running (costing 3 more end for a total of 7)

Erik i moved you away from the others but along the wall to keep you under cover. Even though the AOE technically fills the area, its special effect will allow you to gain some protection from the wall. A pop-up attack will allow you to move - attack - then drop back behind the cover. Let me know if that'll work for you.

That's fine, J. Ingram's main purpose is to draw this thing without eyes away to let that crowd find shelter. That said he wouldn't want to lead it into other groups either. So ye, pop up attack works for me if he can maintain cover.

The surrounding streets cleared pretty quick.

CHG You're up - the guy from the door way is running out to you and calling the girl to him at the same time (its their held seg 12 action). From behind your shield you think you see Ingram go down.

Actions posted if they make sense, and feel free to update and rework the dialogue. I just threw down what was funny to me at the moment and that which I susbequently couldn't get out of my head.

Cool - thanks for being patient BRR. Speaking of which, how is this week looking for you Gral? between the two groups, the lion's share of work is with Cat.

=)

I'll update the map tomorrow - basically the thing was going in for a dive attack when Cyrill hit it with a bench. The impact deflected into the wall right next to Ingram.

Erik - did you want to go all out offense this segment as the thing is con stunned (shooting with both hands)? Also you can tell from how your blasts have been landing that the creature's skin must be pretty tough -very possibly as hard as metal.

Gral - I'm thinking that in order to get everyone together faster that i'll drop you into the story now and we'll work on filling in the back story as we go along.

Me too - this whole last week and the upcoming week are going to be craptastic. Although i would love to put up all the backstory first, I think it will take too long given our schedules. we'll hammer out the details, throw in a mild brain injury, and then work the story from both ends.

Plus this will get BRR in quicker, which is always a plus.
