  • Ability Score Increase: Your charisma score increases by 2, and two other ability scores increase by 1
  • Medium size: 30' base walking speed
  • Darkvision: You can see in dim light within 60 feet of you as if it were bright light, and in darkness as if it were dim light. You can't discern color in darkness, only shades of gray.
  • Fey Ancestry: Advantage on saves vs. Charm, Cannot be put to sleep by magic
  • Skill Versatility: Proficiency in two skills of your choice (Athletics, Stealth)
  • Languages: speak, read, and write Common, Elvish, and one other language of your choice (Undercommon)

Entertainer
  • Equipment: Drum, Locket from an admirer, costume, belt pouch with 15gp
  • Skill Proficiencies: Acrobatics, Performance
  • Tool Proficiencies: Disguise Kit, Thieves' Tools
  • Performance Routines: Singer, Tumbler, Storyteller
  • By Popular Demand: You can always find a place to perform, usually in an inn or tavern but possibly with a circus, at a theater, or even in a noble's court. At such a place, you receive free lodging and food of a modest or comfortable standard (depending on the quality of the establishment), as long as you perform each night. In addition, your performance makes you something of a local figure. When strangers recognize you in a town where you have performed, they typically take a liking to you.

  • Hit Dice: 1d8
  • Proficiencies: Light Armor, Simple Weapons, Hand Crossbows, Longswords, Rapiers, Shortswords
  • Tools: Three musical instruments of your choice (Drum, Lute, Pan Flute)
  • Saving Throws: Dexterity, Charisma
  • Skills: Choose any three (Deception, Persuasion, Perception)
  • Equipment: Rapier, Entertainer's Pack, Lute, Leather Armor, Dagger
  • Spellcasting: Charisma is used for Spellcasting ability. You start with 2 cantrips and 4 1st level spells of your choice from the Bard Spell List
  • Ritual Casting: You can cast any bard spell you know as a ritual if that spell has the ritual tag.
  • Spellcasting Focus: You can use a musical instrument as a spellcasting focus for your bard spells.
  • Bardic Inspiration: d6 inspiration die. You can inspire others through stirring words or music. You can use this feature a number of times equal to your Charisma modifier (a minimum of once). You regain any expended uses when you finish a long rest.

Feats
  • Crossbow Expert [Campaign Bonus]: Extensive training has given you benefits with crossbows you are proficient with. You gain the following beneifts: you ignore the loading quality for those crossbows, being within 5' of a hostile creature does not impose disadvantage on attacks, and when you use the attack action with a one handed weapon allows you to use a bonus action to attack with a loaded hand crossbow you are holding.
