Just to let you all know, finals start tomorrow, so I will not be able to check for updates as often until late next week.

I'm getting ready to try my first real jury trial on Monday so life's incredibly hectic right now.

I thought I was also in a state of anticipation?

I'm sorry for my long silence, but school wrapped up this past week so I'm just getting out of the whirlwind of paperwork, goodbyes and other things that come with that. I'll try to get back on my feet shortly and have a post up.

I'm also experiencing a dry creative spell. I know when the thought of posting gives me a headache that I need to just lie fallow for a while. Never know how long that will be, I am sorry I don't have a better explanation.

Just wanted to update everyone. No tragedy or drama, but my wife has been sickish lately and combined with work pressures and RL in general that's shut down my desire to post. But it's still bubbling in the back of my brain and I haven't abandoned the games. The concept of posting is starting to feel less like drudgery and more attractive. I'm hoping that will translate into getting back on track by next week. Please hang in there with me.

Hi all,

I've e-mailed Dave to see how he's doing. Unfortunately he still doesn't feel up to posting, although he hopes this will change. He says to apologize to everybody here.

I don't know about all of you, but I've been there as well. Sometimes the mere thought of posting is too much. So I understand and I'll keep waiting, no problem. If he picks up again – great! If not – pity, but that’s the way it goes sometimes.

Anyway, now you all know what’s going on

Marieke (Ikay)

I apologize again for taking so long. I've concluded that GMing tabletop is bad for my online GMing. I get creatively exhausted, especially when I am GMing WOD in both media, for example.

Another GM will be taking over from now on so I will be thankfully reduced to simply playing for a while. This is a good thing.

I am not sure if I am going to reanimate the Serenity game. I feel like it's the least cohesive and least interesting to me, so for now, this game is on permanent hiatus. That way I'll be able to focus on the other two.

I understand. I get the same way when I play in too many games; I can't focus on one game enough and I feel like I'm not putting enough in.

You were a great DM, I must say. Probably the best I've played with in terms of how you run your games. If you ever need a player, I'd love to be a part of your story.
