Blackmore's Night shows up in my Pandora station from time to time. It's not bad. I'll have to add Delain to it. Within Temptation has been popping up a lot recently, too, and I do like that.

Delain is actually a joint project between members of a bunch of different bands, including Marco Hietala from Nightwish, Liv Kristine from Leaves' Eyes, Arien van Weesenbeek from Epica, Ad Sluitjer (formerly of Epica), Sharon Del Adel from Within Temptation, and a bunch of other really talented musicians.
