Shoelip, I thought Scythe made himself clear. The wand is to pick up chicks.

Picking... up? I thought you said it was a wand of charm person. Does it also allow telekinesis?

Pick-up ~ American slang for making a casual or informal acquaintance, as one formed with hope of sexual activity.

Hey Scythe, anything I say out loud, in character will be in bold. Thoughts will be in italics. Malachi said nothing. Italics were added to denote thoughts. The rest is just flavor text.

What is... "Slang?"

I usually use color for speech, italics thoughts, and bold for telepathy-ish.

Well, I've been using colors combined with <> for telepathy and () for thoughts... I usually just use whatever is popular in the particular game though so sometimes I don't use colors... or whatever.

To avoid further confusion (well, minimise it at least), I use italics for thought and colours to denote a different language.

I've not looked at the IC thread yet, but I get the feeling someone just propositioned the Adj'...

Edit: Scythe, it looks as if most of your post was responding to Malachi's thoughts, so I've hacked out the lot and left in just the spoken question. If there's anything you want to re-insert then just re-edit it though.

I was actually responding to Balar's comment... which was spoken out loud. So you just literally killed my post. But I don't mind, I'll re-insert the whole thing (or as much as I can remember)

Ohhhhh... so no colors?

I'll go and edit my posts again...

Just to make it official, my character sheet is finally finished.

No problem, TA. I'll look for an update on Sunday and it better be fucking good.

Ah man, you just had to clarify, didn't leadpal? You just couldn't leave things ambiguous and let Balar think you were insane...

Darriel casts Goodberry every day, eating one himself and feeding one to his animal companion before going to bed, and saving the rest. They last for three days, so assuming that he's been able to find them on the cities' outskirts, he has 2 left.

Whoops... it affects 2d4 berries, not 1d4. So the above number is 8 short.

So, 4 on the first day, 5 on the second and third. None of them expire today, half expire tommorow, half expire the next day.

Whiskey Tango Foxtrot, over?

Right, I'm going to need to post a map and also type up this list you've been given. Hopefully I'll be able to get that done tomorrow night, though I seem to be swimming in pointless paperwork at the moment. Until then, feel free to ask any other questions that occur, although the one about 'How much are we getting paid' might have to wait until I've perused the rules and worked out how much gold I should be giving you...

Heh, I posted before I saw this. How much we're getting is the only question Balar has. Well, that and he wanted to suggest that maybe the Captain could use a man to help her extricate the stick.

On second thought, I think I will ask about the captain's social life. It'll be fun.

I'm not sure it's needed, Kargen seems disposed to help us as much as possible, but here's a Diplomacy check just in case....

Ouch! Can a Diplomacy check piss someone off? O.K. Now I hate the dice roller!
