Given that I'm only really in one game at the moment, I'm going to be semi-resurrecting one of my games for running, namely the Werewolf: the Forsaken game. I'll still be using the demo scenario as the launching pad for the game (so if you have played in it already, consider yourself warned), but I won't be using the demo characters. Instead, I'll be allowing the people for the game to create their own characters to play in.

The characters would all be newly Changed cubs, and none of them would be from the area that the game will take place in (the town of Manitou Springs, Colorado), instead having been called to form a new werewolf pack by the one and only Max Roman. They can be from anywhere within the USA, as Roman's contacts through Uratha society extend far, especially where newly changed werewolves are concerned.

It will be a standard character creation, though with only one hard rule - I only want one character from each of the 5 Auspices. I would also like a mix of different Tribes, though that is not essential. I will allow for the optional reduction of 1 Harmony dot for 5 XP, but if you choose to do this then I will roll for derangements and let you know accordingly, and there has to be something within the character history that explains why the character lost their Harmony in the first place. And if you want something from one of the supplement books, I should be able to give it to you, within reason (keeping in mind that characters are newly Changed).

So, if you're interested, post so in this thread and give a couple of different concepts that you'd like to play and I will pick one that I would like to see in the game :)

Bone Shadow Irraka!

Concept: University student in a college with a grand tradition reaching back hundreds of years. The university had more than a few supernatural events, one of which left my character a werewolf in a den of angry spirits.

Storm Lord Cahalith!

Concept: ex-CEO of a company known for it's horrible experiments and anti-environment stance. He was attacked by a wolf while visiting a potential lab site in a virgin forest. He took off into the woods and met up with a pack of werewolves a few days later. They taught him everything he knows and made him ashamed at what he was and what he stood for. More to come if he gets chosen.

Cool - I like the Irraka concept of the two given :)

So no-one out there is wanting in on this? Might have to recruit from outside the site to get a few bodies in on it.. lol

?- How different is Forsaken from Apocalypse?

I've never participated in a long standing WOD game, but I don't have the new book. Would get it if i get in the game.

Sweet, I'll jump in on this. :)

Hunter In Darkness Irraka

Concept: Inquisitive little sneak who loves to get into everyone's business. She sticks her nose into places it doesn't belong, and this usually ends up getting herself (and her companions) in more trouble than some would like.

Blood Talon Rahu

Concept: Heiress to a long line of Martial Artists, who sees it as her duty to use her skills to protect those around her. She is very set in her ideals of what is right and wrong, but tries not to seriously injure those who she fights. Now she seeks to attone for the deaths she caused during her First Change, and to understand what she is and how to control the wolf within her.
