I have wanted, for a while to start a game of a certain theme. It takes place in the High Forest in the Forgotten Realms. I doubt you will need to or ever want to leave the areas by very much. The original story is, you are a group of young Hybsils and other assorted people of the forest off to prove your "men" by hunting down some Zhents that are here to collect antlers from the hybsils.
Allowed Races
Any Fey
-Dryads wont be hindered by their trees in this game nearly as much as in the MM
-Fairy Dragons are allowed... wrymlings or hatchlings though.
Wild Elves
Gnomes
Humans
Halflings
Etc
Make sure the character is either a forest creature or a ranger/druid/ or cleric of a nature deity so that the hybsils accept you. I want to start at level 1. This means that I will need to make some of the fey weaker and allow you to gain powers as you level up. You would essentially need as many levels in your race as it has ECL to get the full powers. Hybsils would simply start out without a class.
Prohibited Classes
Monks
Paladins
Wizards... That’s questionable. if you present me with a wizard character that has the rigt flavor I would allow it.
I encourage the use "Masters of the Wild" and other non-core rulebooks.
So if your interested post here include your email address as well as your desired class and race
