Alright BRR, the crunchy portion of Karthas is done. I am about to start writing up his bio and search for a good picture which could take a while. Would you look over his sheet and let me know if it's all kosher? Note that I have some wands (ray of enfeeblement, cure light wounds). Warlocks are good with Use Magic Device so I'm capitalizing on that to give myself some party utility and a debuff.

Also, I bought a vest of resistance instead of a cloak of resistance since the cloak slot is for Charisma boosts. Vests of resistance are detailed in Complete Arcane. Let me know if that's okay or not, otherwise I'll lose the vest and pick something else (or just reserve the money for later, I don't have a copper to my name at the moment).

Ahh, I got boned with making a character and leveling him the long way. Can I make a new character? I've already done most of the work (http://online-roleplaying.com/forums/showthread.php?t=5861), I just need to go spend my massive piles of gold. ;)

Looks like half level 5 gold was a bit generous. I'll sort that out with Lade's character though. Tashalar's should be fine as it's also new.

Thinking about it, Iron Heroes might have made more sense as a system for this game. It's not especially important, just an idle thought of mine. As it'd more suit my lazy approach to magic items.

Hey, I really like Iron Heroes and my IH game on plothook is on hiatus right now, BUT. I was looking forward to play Kjetil the way he is (yes, including the mechanical stuff - I admit it!) and that wouldn't work in the IH system.

... aside from that, Lade is much to old and tired to change... ;)

So I lied a bit, I have the sheet up but I don't have the fluff ready yet. I got slammed today at work, and just got tickets to the hockey game tonight, so I doubt I have those up today. I get them in tomorrow as well as do a final proofread, but I'm pretty sure mechanically I'm done.

BRR and everyone - my laptop doesn't want to start up since Tuesday. Which really sucks. This might mean that I won't be online as much as I had planned, but I have an old computer standing beneath my table which I just have to reanimate. The LA of +1 is a houserule, I think. At least, one of the games I've been reading up on in the last week or so had that as a houserule; maybe it was something else, and I'm just superimposing it on this game.

Still need to finish the fluff for Ren. The history will be along the vein of what's in the Visitor thread, with some extra adventures added in.

Yeah, in this world I gave Dwarves and Elves an ECL (as well as bumping up their stats), they are essentially better than humans, they are just much rarer.

I've not had time to go over the sheets yet. Work has been hell recently, but I'm trying to get on top of it.
