I'll be short. It is not some sort of requirement for games to post an advertisment here. This forum is strictly for Users to advertise their ideas and recruit other Users to participate in games (whether or not the forum exists is not an issue). As such it is quite useless to post a thread advertising a game only to also announce along with the first post that the game already has players or is a request/private game only.
The only real requirement for requesting a forum is that you actually HAVE players. The Administration don't mind if your players were recruited from Instant Messenging, Private Messenging, Email or even if they were recruited from another website.
Summery: If you have players and need a forum/place to discuss your game do not post here instead just request the forum via the normal protocol.
