Game Theme? I don't understand...

I just read the sample of the campaign in the book BESM 2nd Edition. I don't know what is Game Theme. What is a song or something? PLease tell me.

The Theme is the basic idea of the game; it's what the game is about in general.

Like for instance, "Vampire" is about "horror".

Well, that's all there is about Theme. It's just one or a few words on what a game is about; the general idea of what's behind a game.
Read the chapter in the BESM book about Theme again. I think it's very well explained there.
