As the subject says, this is just a question for now. How many of you people would be interested in playing a BESM game? I've always wanted to GM one, but my local group doesn't play it. I'd be open to nearly any sort of setting, though my personal preferences run towards pseudo-medieval fantasy and sci-fi worlds.

Same depending on the setting. I have always been fascinated with Technoman :) (My first anime series I ever watched...ahh memories) But I am up for almost anything.

It's Guardians of Order's first product, though they're concentrating more on Silver Age Sentinels and some d20 products now. Big Eyes, Small Mouth is a system meant to emulate anime, in all the various forms it takes. Silver Age Sentinels is for comic books. It's mostly a lot simpler than d20.

Well, this is encouraging, anyways. Least I know there'll be players if I ever do this. Alright, another question- I already said I'd be fine doing any setting, but some of you said your will to play would be affected by the setting. So..what are your favorites?

I like Medieval, but Futuristic also seems interesting.

Sounds like fun. Maybe a Coyboy Bebop or Slayers type of thing? Depending on which direction the campaign swings in and what books you have. I'd be happy to join. I was recently introduced to BESM by a friend and would like to try it.
