The dedicated server is a fact. Now what remains is for me to actually start doing some work and transfer the site *shudders*

You will notice when exactly the transfer will take place; the forums will be closed the moment after I have made a backup of the database (which I will then upload ... yada yada yada yada)...

No, we still haven't moved. I removed his post since I still have 1 matter to resolve before I put things into motion.
Plus, he isn't part of the "site managment"; he's a good friend a bit too eager to play with the new server :)
