I think It's simple enough, just put it here. Whatever gets the most votes is what we start with. If it's a tie I'll wait another week. After that I average the tied levels. Then we start.

While you're at it, we still need a good name for it. That will be randomly selected from any names I get, unless they'res a majority for a name.

The character creation guidelines are simple:
-Base 18's for stats
-Standard starting gold (Max if 1st level)
-Any monster races or templates must have an official ECL+

House rules:
-Both armor and weapons are priced at Enhancement bonus squared x 1,500 gp, and their masterwork price addition is +225.
-Weapons, armor, and other items can be improved/recharged (As opposed to replaced) at a cost of price difference +5%
-Maximum market price for any magical item is 10,000gp x character level (Not including material components, special materials, or XP-heavy items)
-All rules are subject to change, though I will try not to (Or at least I'll give fair warning)

Last, this game is no holds barred. There will be no censorship or lack of description. Basically, keep the kiddies away from it.

I'm a blow 'em up, no waiting around kind of guy when I play online. PBPs are slow enough as is without having to be low level dungeon crawls. Everything works pretty fast at the really high levels (teleportation, divinations, the means to solve almost any problem, etc.), and I also get off on the power high :cool:

Same.............damn I think the only oppinions who's should count are the ones who will actually be playing. Some of the votes may be coming from people who arn't playing but that is their preference which is not quite the idea now is it.

Vote if you are actually going to be in the game. I don't want to be stuck at low level if those people arn't even in the game.

Anyone who's following Battle Royal knows of the problems of making melee types stand up at high levels. Levels 5-15 are the ones in which all the classes are even remotely balanced. I vote level 10.

Possibly in some bvague attempt to keep everyone happy you could just average the levels :) but then again that might just leave everyone annoyed
Myself I prefer level 5 to 7, it's a nice place to start and allows for at least some monster races

-Yes, you can gain levels.
-Battles will be deathmatch style, with 2 or more players. If enough players ask, special theme matches can be organized.

-You can post if you want to. So I'm sure who's in, all players will post something, though this can be N/A or a complete lie. In other words, don't trust the characters, just study the tactics.
-Not a damn clue. I think this has to do with the no-censorship aspect, which restricts access to players.

Edit: I was right. LeeCHeSSS will only allow players inside the forum due to the possibility of some really sick puppies. I need a yes or no about if you're joining IMMEDIATELY. I'll email him the list, and they will be let in.

For monsterous races, isn't the monster itself it's favoured class. Advancing as the monsterous race dosen't count towards multiclassing. Unless otherwise specified in their description.

About the really sick puppies comment, I meant me. Working on one of the most deranged NPCs ever created. Right now it's running as a shroom-snorting wizard with a penchant for gratuitus amounts of pain. She also has multiple personalities and likes to control tentale beasts for... anything else and I'll get in trouble outside of Anathema. The Book of Vile Darkness kicks ass.

HP is maxed. Keen works for piercing and slashing, but Improved Critical is the only way to increase blunt weapons.

What, no impact weapons? Poor blunt weapon users. However, most things that are immune to slashing weapons are immune to all criticals so the benefit isn't that good.

I feel that it is unfair that we have to play at this level when the majority of other posters you 6 people know who you are aren't even involved. This was what I thought would happen, I would get stuck playing a character at others preferred levels and then they wouldn't join.
