I made the Characters subforum, however you'll have to convince us why you need a subforum for OOC instead of just using a thread.

I wanted an OOC sub forum because I wanted it to have three core threads (one for pre-game lore/history the characters would have, one for straight rolling, and a third for all other ooc inquirys to the DM) that would clutter up the main role play threads IMO.

Ah, communication error. What you basically want is what we'd normally call a a Setting subforum, but eh your game, you can call it what you want.
